Im back....aft a week...
busy with daily work...yes daily work which is waking up, eating and going out...hehe
for now i oni can remember going to temple 2 days straight. first day was to see the chariot and to overnight at temple cause my sis had to do something. so went to temple at 9pm and was back home at 9 in the morn. after which slept for 6 hours and back to temple at 9 to see the firewalking festival. the festival was as usual great, quite a no. of interesting things happened and then back home at 10.30 in the morn. slept for another 8 hours.=) anyways was surprised to see mahen, surya, deephan and venga as volunteers for the festival. interesting. so 2 days after closing the fire pit, finished my 48days vegetarian fasting. well i feel like fasting more. after eating meat stuff i feel so heavy and lazy to eat. -_-. anyways im thinking of walking on fire at the age of 21. shall see how things go on eh. so tt's it for temple topic.

had finally found out why my phone gets hanged at times. cause ive got two buttons which goes to the menu page. have oraganised my buttons now. so i should not be facing any probs from now on. hope so.

deepavali is in a week time. have finished painting my sister's and my room. ppl gonna feel hungry after entering our rooms. colour painted is chocolate with cream....=) but the theme for my room is gonna be country look. gonna decorate it with cowboy hats and boomerang. and sister's room, ive got no idea.my dad drew some henna pattern on the wall. so i dont know how he's gonna finish it off. went to grandmother's place to clean the house and paint the hall and kitchen. going back again on tues to finish off the rooms. painting is really tough. ive still got scrubing to do at home. doing it on thurs.

everthing is done except for shopping. mom already stiched the traditional wear in india. and ive oni bought a long sleeve shirt at queensway on sat. ive still got my pants and few more t shirts and a shirt to buy. besides that ive still got my hair to repair. i can't tahan it. have finally decided what to do. gonna highlight it abit lighter den chocolate colour and trim it. i still dont see the green light from parents, but most probably its a yes. will do it on the eve, friday.

anyways yst went for the NP indian cultural society show. hmm the show was okay. the skit they did was very humorous but i liked the previous show better. it was very nice. after which went to eat at al-ameen. The food was yummy. =) and then mom picked my sister's frens and us from there....

Have some time to blog today.

RECALL...will just blog about some things i did for the past 1-2 weeks

well first, had to repair my 2 weeks old phone. the menu hangs at times, so got the software upgraded and the menu keypad changed. was working fine for 1 week plus but faced the same prob again. was really frustrated looking at it. planned to bring the phone for servicing again but thought of waiting and see if i face the prob again. so last week accompanied my friend to repair his laptop at bukit merah. after which took the bus to orchid to go to Borders. My friend bought an Audio technica earphone and then headed to Ion orchid to explore. Well yea Ion orchid is really nice and next time when someone wants to go shop there, they need to bring at least 3k? yes the things there were really expensive. well what do u expect at orchid. lol. so walked around saw lotsa thing. And then wanted to take a look at the LV store. Ppl would know how a LV shop will look like. Was really nice. The wallets, bags, belts, shoes are obviously really expensive but what i cant take it is the price of a white slipper. a plain white slipper with the LV logo printed on it costs $780. O>O I dont know what to say. Haiz. Well aft walking arnd LV shop, ive decided tt with my first salary im gonna buy myself a LV wallet. well yea its gonna be few years later but who cares as long as i get a LV wallet im happy.=). after which i checked my phone if it got hang again cause if i had the problem i can bring it for servicing at wheelock place but it was still okay so took the train back home. and since we still had lotsa time, we took the longer way to jurong east. To jurong east via woodlands. After going to woodlands station my friend asked me to check my phone and the god damn phone's menu got hanged. was really eff-ed up cause if i had checked it earlier, could have got down at woodlands and send the phone for servicing at causeway point. -_-. but after tt was not really bothered if the phone was working well. Will bring it to causeway point if i have the time before school starts.

Speaking about time, Im kinda busy with the Band outing to sentosa on oct 31st. Well amirah is also busy actually. lotsa planning, meetings with amirah, planning of meetings with the other committee members, etc, etc. My phone calender is filled with meetings and things to do. Busy man. so this will be my reason for not working during this 7 weeks of hols. =). need to prepare for deepavali also. Well there's only 3 weeks and im sure my family is not gonna start preparing till the last 2 or 1 week. busy with prayers stuff and my brother's PSLE. but i really wanna go shop NOW. lol. Im also cracking my head on what to do with my hair. should i cut it or trim it? should i dye it or highlight it? should i dye or higlight it before trimming or cutting it? Confused, cause i dont wanna look like an idiot during deepavali. well i already looked like one last year for shaving my moustache.and my sis calls me names and its irritating. -_-. and i need to save up my money in order to do whatever i plan. i can save up my weekly allowance, however i just have to spend it someway. top up ezlink card, buy this and tt. thinking how now. besides this i have to buy wheels for my roller blades. my wheels are spoiled actually. keep hearing squeeking sound whenever i blade. and i realised my wheels are in a bad condition. Have to get it changed before school starts or else i cant blade on thursdays. so this it for now.

alright time travel back....to friday...

well it was the results day...wahaha
8.25+am wen i wanted to go take my shower i received the sms but i din open it...lol
opened it half an hour later....hee...
well im kinda satisfied with the results...=)
however expected a diff grade for one of the modules...ELTECH...
nvm

so to celebrate the good results some frens and i went for bowling at bukit batok csc...
bowling is always fun...so shall not talk much abt it

had to collect my phone from the doctor at causeway point aft tt...
bought the phone two weeks back and the menu is giving me probs...
at times my menu hangs and the phone needs to be switched off and on again to get it working..
so they upgraded my software and changed one of the keypads...
HOWEVER...i still face the same prob...bringing it to the doc again...
if they cant resolve the prob then i wan to change phone...maybe ask them a new piece or what...
its v irritating..-_-

as for Saturday
had to clean the house, cause aft the annual prayers the house was "upside down" so had to clean it

aft which had to go for a close fren's 21st birthday celeb at Mt faber safra...
well everything; the DJ, food, nice decos and etc. was there except the crowd....
nth much to say...
my sister's frens and i enjoyed it...so yea

my outfit for the birthday...=)

alrighty something happened today...shall i say freaky?

i was sitting with my poly fren near jurong east mrt station escalator where the POSB machine was.
then there was this old lady sitting behind me asking me what time it was, i told her it was 1.45...den she asked us why we were sitting here...den i said waiting for someone...
i dont know why i replied to her...but i did...
10 mins l8r,she asked me if it was 2pm,den i said 5 mins to 2...

den she started talking...asking me if we were poly students den i said yes and turned to the front...
she continued talking...asking us where we want to go aft poly, den my fren said gonna go NS...den she said...play save... aft going for NS we will get tired then we cant concentrate on Uni...blah blah...
den she cont saying we should go brunei to study...say the currency is the same,so why not go brunei....
singapore is gonna go missing soon since it is a small country and aft 5 years the sealevel is gonna rise den singapore will submerge but brunei will not...-_-
i just smiled...
since i was sitting with my fren she said, we both should know each other very well, so tt in future we can help each other...blah blah...
say tt we will not betray each other...
she said malaysia fucked singapore out....so we should be like them...must help each other....

was supposed to get the Xperia, but when i went to check on tt, they said the $298 promotion is only for online purchase and even if i were to get tt online i still have to pay an extra $100 since im an existing customer...pissed...-_-...

exams are over, its time to ENJOY!!!...

exams were okay...oni two modules but it felt as though we are studying for Os...?...lol
aiming for my As...but see how...if i get a B its okay...

oh yea, while we were studying an hour before the maths exam...
a girl came up to us and asked if we want red bull...so we took it...=)
grow wings before the exam....

okay the muslims have started their fasting...
so do i...not tt kinda fasting but im vegetarian for 48 days until fire walking festival...
so before we started our vegetarian fasting,
dad, sis and myself went to Carousel, at Royal plaza on Scotts hotel for buffet lunch...
All the food there were great....especially the desserts...yum!...

so me being the chocolate freak took lotsa chocolate with marshmallow and grapes...=)

To mark the start of the 7 weeks holiday...
2 of my frens, my cousin who is also my classmate and myself went to East coast park for cycling and skating...
James, Kumaran, Siva ( my cousin) and myself...
james and i were skating while the other two ppl were cycling...
it was fun wen kumaran started to skate...
first time skating...
he made us LAUGH OUT LOUD...
he was shuffling using the skates and some other moves...super funny
another funny thing was wen james "transported" kumaran to the bedok jetty...
he was holding james's hip and james was cycling...
james jam breaked...and kumaran went "piak" on his back...lol

aft which was bowling...its was v fun too...
i was the overall champ...haha che...champ...

something funny happened today

mom went to temple in the morning and dad went for army half marathon...
so dad was supposed to pick mom up from temple...but he came back home
he den asked me where was mom, i said she went to temple la...
den he said " oh, i think i supposed to pick her, shit! forgot"
so i just wanted to confirm if mom asked him to pick her up...
called her, den asked where are you, waiting for dad uh?
den she said in a so called pissed voice...." yah i waiting for him, calling him but phone swtiched off "

dad just put his phone to charge...den phone call came from mom...
dad " oh no mom calling! " quickly go to room toilet and ans...say coming in 20 mins...LOL

aft putting down the phone...quickly go out of house...
he even wanted to take his bag and wear his shoes pretending he's straight frm the marathon...LOL!
but my sis told him to keep it at home...
so the car must have been 'flying' on the road to potong pasir...

crazy ppl....

anyways mom came to know everything cause dad told her part of the truth...but my sis and i told her everything...LOL

back for some blogging...

^ this was a trip to vivo last Friday with the usual clique...
had hell of a time with them....=))
this was actually a break from the hectic week i had...
all projects, presentations and test ended last week....*phew*
now its time to concentrate for the 2 examination module, Eltech and Maths

IS com , auto CAD and Materials modules are over for now...=)

as for Saturday (08/08/09)

went to watch V star ( singing competition), with the same clique...
Dilip's sister was singing, so went to give her our support...
was fun too...
but i was frustrated looking at the condition of my white leather shoes...
we had transport to media corp, thanks to dilip...
and we went on a lorry...so we were sitting on a blue canvas sheet...and i tot my shoes will not get dirty or wad...
but the blue sheet turned some part of my WHITE shoes into blue...=_=...
really frustrating....tried using axeoil to remove the blue stains, but it oni became lighter....
so now i have to go look for some solution to remove tt blue stain...
im sure shoe shops have em...

so aft which went west coast to have our dinner...
den took bus 30 from where we were to Boon lay and back home...

Sunday (09/08/09)
National Day

6.30 in the morning, went to Muar, Malaysia
fire walking festival in one of the temples...
been wanting to go there for a very long time...
so yea...
reached home at 7.30pm...more den 12 hours...
had to come home quickly to watch NDP...
cause sis was dancing in one of the cubes....ten story high block....
but we were not able to see her...was too small and the cam din even go there...-_-

aft which dad had to fetch sis from her dance school...
so we thought everyone can go...but i was too tired..
so went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 5am today...
cause of my throat....it was very sore until i had difficulty swallowing my saliva...
half my throat was blocked actually...
so was watching tv till 7am....
and some how tried sleeping aft tt...but could'nt...

woke up at 8am, took my shower and went to the clinic...
woke mom up to take money, and she scolded me...lol
cause ive been sick for 1 week...she's been telling me to see the doc...
but i tried taking the meds which was at home...but was still the same...
so no choice...had to go...

back home, took my breakfast and meds and slept till 3...
woke up, took my lunch and meds, den sleep again...lol...too tired
woke up at 8.30pm, took my shower, den dinner...
have not taken my meds yet...
want to eat chocolate before taking...
and off to bed aft tt....
sch starts at 1 tmr....

so off i go now
wanna go seven eleven to buy my chocolates

Hola...
back for another entry...
been super busy lately...
thought my work load will reduce aft the first two weeks aft hols... but it just increased...
had more then 10 assignments to finish up, but it has reduced.
now, have to focus on my projects...damn
exams are coming, and lucky for us we only have major exam for 2 modules...=))
is poly life really like this or we made it like this??

im sure all of us are eagerly waiting for the 7 weeks term break.
i want to sleep, go out and relax!!!...

besides assignments, cca has been going fine...
finally ive learned the full movement for the Malbro...( hope i spelled it correctly)
will still have to work on my crazy and back cross...
will start working on it tomorrow cause i just bought the slalom cones few hours ago...
aft that i will start learning other moves...=D

anyways i miss going for band and miss playing my instrument...

quick entry...
been very very busy since school started...
cause got too many things to finish up,
home works,electrical tech presentation, IS com presentation, AutoCAD hmwk...and now we have to redo the autoCAD cause my teacher din tell us clearly wad to do....
we followed the qn but we were not supposed to do tt...
we had to reproduce whatever image is on the paper for assembly drawing...-_-....
but two presentations down.....so relaxed a bit
now i have materials project and assignment to do...
1000 words about cast iron, and ive done my part, 364 words and now its up to my group members to finish it up by today, which i think its impossible...
cause both my group members are not online and i cant pass them the work ive done....
so we will be passing it up next week i guess...

alrighty,
today
school as usual...
got back my common test results...
got a C for maths...not so bad for the first test la...still pass....
then got an A+ (if im not wrong about the grade range) for Eltech...=DD
so far so good....Enmat results on friday!...*cross fingers*

had to skip slalom workshop to go for my aunt's ROM at a temple somewhere at bugis...
so sis and i trained down there, but we were stuck in the train for abt 20 mins at redhill,
they said smth went wrong with the train tracks...
don't know if its true...or don't know if someone jumped down again???
also, the train kept stopping in the tunnel cause there was another train quite near the train we took...it got stuck at redhill too...
so to kill time, we both were watching the first movie of harry potter in sis's Ipod touch...lol...

anyways the ROM went well...

Ive got a whole week to update about....

i'll start from last saturday ( 20/06/09)
went for my aunt's 60th surprise birthday party at Bay view hotel...
was good...

Sunday ( 21/06/09)
went for my twin cousin's 21st birthday party at the same room, same place, Bay view hotel...lol
its was a blast!...
had so much fun there...
all the cousins did a special dance performance for them, the shots of it are in face book...

Monday till Tuesday ( 22/06/09 - 23/06/09)
went for BLCB's NCO camp....
was also good...but i was damn sleepy...
on Tuesday aft breaking camp,head back home, did my stuffs and went for my uncle's 30th surprise party at this country club...cant rmb the name...
it was v fun also...we played this laser rifle game...smth like counter strike...
and had maze walk,
btw the maze was pitch dark, so we had to use only our hands to feel the walls and find our way out...

Wednesday ( 24/06/09 )
was supposed to follow dad for prawn fishing but i was dead tired...so ended up sleeping the whole day...

Thursday ( 25/06/09 )
went to school 10.30 in the morn, had to meet my friend...but he only came at 11.45...
but it was one way or another good, i did some slides for my ELTECH presentation...
aft he came we were just talking all the way till 2, doing nth...=D
aft which head to bukit timah plaza for lunch and went to play pool...
in the evening helped mom burn some CDs for her india trip, den went to my aunt's place to stay over...

Friday, which is today
went to airport in the morn,
mom flew off to India...
she's bringing 19 ppl for prilgirmage tour...
aft which had Mac breakfast , den came back home and slept for 3 hours...

so tt's it...

will be going back to bed again i guess...hehe...im still tired...
past few days my eyes been abit painful...
i think i still lotsa rest...
will be STARTING on my assignments this evening...heh...=)

FINALLY got it trimmed!
looks okay...and that lady who cut my hair has hearing problem i guess...
i told her to sharpen my side burns and she replied " i shorten ready"...
told her few times to sharpen it but got back the same ans...

SKATE CAMP 09!

gonna be v wordy....

1st day

Assembled
did our groupings
watched some videos
played some bonding game...
then played treasure hunt
took our dinner
and then went for night walk at blk 50, the haunted engineering blk....

first day was super boring!....was regretting coming for the camp...
but its not the committee's fault...its because of the weather...
we couldn't skate and go for urban...

but night walk was not tt bad
went to the 5th floor and had to walk in pairs one round arnd it

anyways the leaders told us not to look inside the class room....cause i think we might see things or wad la...

this was a last minute thing btw....so there were no leaders stationed to scare us...
so the first 3 pairs went and then it was my friend and my turn...
we walked around....
finished 3/4 of it and then my friend turned to the left to see the class room...
den suddenly there was a 'bang' sound at the window...
and my fren saw a head at the window...
really freaked us out...we started walking fast but then walked normally aft tt, but we could still hear the sound
aft finishing we asked the leaders whether they really din plan this walk...
they said no
we told them wad we saw and heard
and they all freaked out....
then one of them said lets go check the classroom...

so wen we abt to step the entrance of the corridors, all the lights went off...
this was even more freaky...
den one of them used the torch light and flash it at the entrance and we saw three figures walking towards us...
and it was just 3 of my group mates...-____-
they sneaked inside the classroom to scare all of us...

2nd day
Breakfast
2 hours of skating, free skating and urban.
i did urban,which is to skate outside ngee ann...around the terrace houses area...
was okay...
aft which was lunch...
den played amazing race which is also the dirty games...
this was also not that bad...
but we were kinda lil pissed off with one of the games...
they placed a canvas material at one of the sloppy "hills"...den poured oil, butter and detergent
so one of the grp members had to run up the slope and cling on to the fence and then the whole group had to gather up there.
the group before us did it successfully...
i think we were the only group struggling...
non of us could reach the top...
struggled for like 20 mins...den no choice...all run up together...den climb on each other....-_-...
to make things even worse there was a centipide on the canvas...
eventually the whole group was convered with butter, a lot of oil and abit of detergent...
the game masters poured lots of oil, butter and detergent....think we were the only group with lots of tt
tt kinda spoiled our mood to carry on playing the rest of the games...
aft that was dinner
den shower
gathered for skit presentation
and then this was the best part of the day

CACOON WARS!...hehe
had to go inside our sleeping bags and den bump each other...the one who falls down loses...
was very fun and funny...
the game master was the ex president of skate club...he's very funny and entertaining...

3rd day
breakfast
den relay game...
slipper was our baton and we had to skate around the track...this was also fun...
competition between 2 teams
aft which was debrief, prize presentation and balek kapong...
could not wait to go home...

so tt's about for camp...
got no pics...
if i get any, will upload them...

anyways plan for tmr, meet my tamil friends at mahen's place for movie marathon...=))

having common test now... 3 down, one more to go and its Hols!!!
finished AutoCAD, ELTECH and Maths...
all three papers were pretty fine...
got back AutoCAD...
Im satisfied!...86/100......its an A...=))
will try to get higher next time...
last paper....EN Materials....
this is a killer...regret not paying attention in lecturers..
3 chapters and i dun understand any single thing....
ive got 2 days to study for it....need to chiong...if even in last min i dun understand anything...
white flag for tt paper....

as for holidays....
will be occupied with my cousins 21st Birthday for the first week...
but before tt, im having Skate camp...hope it will be good...
ive got no mood to go for any camp now...but no choice, its compulsory...
just want the three days to fly fast...

planning to meet up with the indian peepz one of the days....maybe for a movie or bowling...still have not decided...

just a short post about

JENGA!

im sure many of u have seen/played this game before...
ive been playing this since i was 7?
but playing this with my friends was the best!...=)
simply because the forfeits we did were really very funny and embarrassing...heh
so far ive only done one forfeit, which is, to get phone number from a girl...
and yea i did it...i approached a Chinese girl and she was with her BF!...lol
she asked her bf if she could give me her no. ...he just shook his head...lol

other stupid forfeits we did was:
there's an Indian national working at the game room,so my friend had to kneel down in front of him and had to remove his belt buckle...it was v hilarious...lol

and the brown is a normal one...1 tone
but natural is the best...agreed??

alright school has been fine...
modules are fine...
surprisingly im able to manage maths and electrical tech
thought i would be dying in these subjects...

only module i hate is... MECHANIC MATERIALS
its so chim u take time to understand...
and my lecturer...i dunno wad to say...he speaks so softly, only the front two rows can hear him...
the back rows can only see his lips moving...
so back row ppl do wad???
open up lecture slides and play game...
apparently 3/4 of the class do tt...=)
and every week since we know tt we are not gonna gain anything from the lecture, we sit at the back and play game...
go home den read up the slides...

had IS module today...Communication toolkit
extemporanious ( hope i spelled it correctly) talking...
basically we were supposed to talk on a topic for one minute or so...
few topics to choose from...
i talked about mothers, it was one of the topic...and i think i din talk tt well...i din prepare and just talked whatever came into my mind...i'll try to talk better next time...
so i was the time keeper...hehe...it was fun and im sure many of them got irritated with me....
cause wen its 1min15 secs im supposed to ring the bell and ring two other bells at 1 1/2 mins and 1min45secs...
so once i ring the first bell few of them jammed and din know wad to talk after tt...
LOL
so yea...

aft which had second session of in line skating...
this time round we asked the seniors to teach us few moves...
and some of us asked one of the seniors to teach me SALUM moves...
im not sure if its called slalum or salum???
hmm...what ever it is...the thing above means u skate around few cones...do some cool moves and stuff...
and its not easy at all...need to prac a lot...
the first thing we did was fish, then snake, then some crossing crossing...
so yea it was fun...
waiting for the weekend to come...wanna practice those moves at my void deck...=D

Alright, school's been fun and tiring...
was supposed to have 10 hours of lesson today...but luckily i only had about 7 hours of lesson...

from lakeside to chinese garden it din say anything...then from chinese garden to jurong east it said " Tanah Merah interchange blah blah"
i could not stop laughing...

there was this lady reading news paper den after hearing tt she gave that 'eh wad's happening' look...
tt made me laugh more...haha

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

first lesson was Mechanical drawing (MD) and CAD ( computer aided drawing)
the lecturer said he's gonna introduce us to the MD, so i thought it would be just talking...
but we were already doing drawings and its graded...

felt tt things were happening fast...lol

aft which was Maths!... thought i will not face this subject in poly but its fated...lol
did functions today...
so far its gg okay...
but felt sleepy during this lesson, cause the lecturer was talking in monotone...

last lesson was Electrical technology a.k.a Physics...=)
this lecturer was good
he was talking in a very friendly way...so the class was responding well and most of them were active...
so yea classes ended @ 1pm

first day ready got tutorial to do...but its just drawing on isometric paper...back to DnT...=)

accompanied some frens for lunch, aft which went to the library to purchase some books, den went to a Blk to collect S&W t-shirt and off to CCA fiesta...

have not signed up for any cca yet...
will be doing it tmr...
right now there's two CCAs in mind...

In-line skating club and Indian cultural society (ICS)...heh
most probably will be signing up for these two
thought of trying up new things besides band...so yea

alright...i was supposed to follow my nephew to accompany him buy bermudas
was supposed to meet him at bugis at 4pm...
so i thought i could go queensway shopping centre before tt to rackie for vests for my bro and white shoes for me for an upcoming 21st birthday
was already reaching pioneer MRT station and my nephew called me and said he does not wanna go bugis, he's tired and would go with his mom tmr...
was really pissed but thought since im already near the MRT station i'll still go queensway and den meet my friends at jurong west stadium since blss was having sports day...
was really pissed, mind got blocked,was having headache & took the wrong bus from the wrong direction and head to god knows where...haiz
so tt's about...met my friends at the stadium and aft the sports day came to an end, waited for fazila to come and went to KFC for some chit chat...

Had a 21st birthday meeting at my aunt's place in the noon,
aft which my cousins planned to watch 'confession of a shopaholic' at The Cathey at dhoby gaut... i was forced to follow them...

so we bus-ed down to marina but the movie wasn't even there...-_-
so for the sake of coming there we went to swensans to take our dinner and dessert at burger king....lol

CAMP META
those who went for the camp made legend!
the reason being is because this is the first ever camp organized by the Mechanical engineering society...
it was a success i can say
&& most importantly, it was very FUN!
met many new friends...=)
played many new games
did many cheers
btw i love my group, BLACKJACK!
they rock in cheers!
seriously three days isn't enough...2 more extra days would have made it even better...
anyways i felt very sad after leaving the place...who wouldn't eh?
wasn't very happy going back home...because of some reason...

anyways something special about this camp is that we din sleep in the hall, classroom or what so ever
we had our night spent in a place called THE LOFT@94
its something like a HDB flat or can say something like a hotel
in one big room there were three small rooms and 2 beds in each room
so we had a comfortable night sleeping there...
cool right...

lazy to transfer to the comp...

everything we did in the camp is memorable...=D

My turn to blog about the Chalet
will jus blog about the second day

Second day

well went to the chalet in the morning. at first i went to the wrong chalet den somehow after 15mins of walking around, came to the correct chalet. shall Skip some part. Then accompanied mahen for his breakfast. After which had to wait for those sleeping to wake up and get ready. Then we headed to the beach for our first game. but the beach wasnt in good condition to play games. so we went to the field nearby to play captain's ball. i was helping my team defend the goal keeper which was Amirah Zee.haha. she was complaining tt i was too near her, i was standing at her place, i was chasing her away, etc. but i wasnt. i had to move because she was moving. lol. we were having fun arguing. && Amiarh used her elbow to hit my jaw. i have a pic of it too. shall upload it later. after the game, we went back to the chalet and some of the boys went for a swim and the rest were doing their things in the room. after which, some of them went for their lunch and some were in the room playing card games.

the BBQ started at arnd 5 or 6? cant rmb. then all the way till 9+ we had our BBQ. After the BBQ, mahen, sathia, gowri and i went out to buy cake from the Emicakes shop. And the rest were in the room playing some games.

accompanied my cousin for her 'interview' at 190 changi road...
but it wasn't an interview at all...
it was some briefing about a health product and how are they supposed to sell it...
since my cousin said it was an interview i thought it would end in 10-20 mins buttttt i was sitting at the bus stop outside the building for 1hour 45 mins looking at cars passing by and chewing my bubble gum...-_-....:@
coincidentally surya and mahen were there for the briefing too...lol
i was supposed to follow them for that briefing but my parents didn't allow me to go for that job...

was supposed to meet fazila at jurong point for lunch but it was cancelled cause she was tired after her speed walking race...lol...
anyways congrats to her for winning the first place for tt race...=))
next plan for the day was to meet wei yang at 12pm to pass him the money for the Gala dinner...
the clique met up and we passed him the money and talked all the way...
i told my dad tt i would be back in ten mins but i was back home 4 hours later...lol
after which we went to Giant to buy......Kinderjoy...hahaha...small kids eh...

As ive said, i will elaborate abt the Band camp.

but before tt, i will talk abt the sec one drills. The drills was pathetic. out of 22 sec 1s+2 sec 2s, oni 13 were present. this time round we asked mrs chee for extra time to teach more stuff but ended up we had too much time we cld'nt do anything but to brush up their drills we taught last week, play game, have competition and punish them. overall it was okay. and utha's shocking outfit was the highlight of this drill session. those who saw him knows wad im talking abt. and i was happy during the drill session, not because of utha's outfit, -_- but bcus of smth else. oni i know tt.

CAMP
It was held last weekend, from Friday to Saturday. well the camp was good. I only enjoyed during sectionals with my section, during night time (second day) playing games and tutoring?
during sectionals, aft they brushed up their articulation and tone we had section bonding session during the break. yea it was fun, we joked and talked a lot. We were talking all the way till mrs chee called them back. No one was in the mood to play music actually. even the weather wasnt rite to play music. It made dem more sleepy. So bond la. and cassandra was playing with my camera during the break, taking many fotos of the sky, the section and the stairs. she was showing us her photography skills, so i told her to take a photo of the lightning and den it will prove tt her photography skills were good. but too bad she was slow.haha. try harder!

Night time, second day, we were jus playing games. Quite a lot of games we played. Evry game we played made us laugh till our stomach got cramped. It was tt funny. Espacially Amirah's part. She shld know wad's tt. Tt's all we did. As for the First day, the ex members had a meeting over some issues. I'll skip the inbetween part. Aft some activites, ex members came back to band room and we had our special item. =D. Aft which, amirah, sophia and i went down to do sentry duty but there were few ppl at the places sentry was supposed to be done. so we went back to band room joining serene, ah poh and wei liang. From 12.30++ to 3.25am we talked, joked, riddled and took many photos. At 3.25 we went to the hall to sleep. Slept for 2 hours.

Lastly,Tutoring, it was as usual, interesting.

well valentines day is always been a normal day for me
but i DID do something on tt day

hmm...went to band in the morn...
den at 12 went for bowling at chevrons with the indian gang

and i tell u...chevrons is a lousy place to play bowling...
the bowling balls were so heavy...dun have smaller size balls...
evrytime we throw...it goes to the drain
few lanes were out of service...the lanes we used got jammed few times...
arnd 6-7 balls got stucked... din come back to us...
we had to go to the receptionist few times to complain...

&& it was expensive! $4.10 per game...-___________-
we played two games...den plus shoe...
total cost $9.10!
not a smooth bowling game at all...-_-
aft which no money, cannot eat...go straight back home

back home...took an hour nap...
den got ready to go out...
well...evry year my family doesn't celebrate valentines day but celebrates my aunt's birthday..
we either go for seafood or go to some restaurant to eat...
so we went to this restaurant ' spices of india' at Rendezvous hotel for dinner...
the food was good...=)

aft which we had cake cutting and cam-whoring session...
my whole family cam whored...=))

at first we planned to go arena...but it was closed on mon
so we went to bukit batok civil service club...

the best part was...we reached there at 4.15pm...
and we had to end our games at 4.50pm...cause an event was gg on aft tt...
so we played 2 games in tt 35 mins...=))
and it was cheap...$5.80 for two games + shoe...

THAIPUSAM!... im sure many ppl know abt this festival... yeap...this was on the 8 feb 09... well...went to temple early morn 4.30am... my mom and cousins took milk pot... i was there jus to watch dem poke their foreheads and mouth... hmm we had to walk from a temple in serangoon to tank road temple... so we reached there arnd 7.50++ and it was 8.30 by the time we went back home... back home...slept for 2 hours++... den took lunch got ready again and went back to watch kavadis...

let me explain wad kavadi is... well its a big thing...where only men carry...den they have to poke 108 thin rods on the body and poke their mouth and forehead and where ever they want... shall post a pic of it...

went there arnd 3.00++ and came back home at 10pm...

and its the BEST!!!

went to SENTOSA with the indian grp...
evrything was gg well...
until wen we were playing captain's ball....my sis stepped on my foot...
it was painful but i tot the pain will subside in few mins but it din...
i was limping my way back home...=(
however i liked the outing...it was FUN!
at home it was even worse...i cld not even walk...
i asked my dad for some cream or wad to apply on my foot...but he gave me a orange tablet...???
he said its pain killer...lol

okay i jus came back from CAMP TUTTI! held at JJC=)
15th to 17th dec
well the camp was fun...
3/4 of the day we played games...
the games were the best part...
the first day, night we played light stick catching
we were given light sticks and they will choose a colour
the person wearing tt colour will be the catcher...was fun too
den played musical chair
den played captains ball with real ball
den played water bomb volley ball
den played grass jelly captains ball
the grass jelly was the 'ball' for the game...=)
and lastly water bomb
1/4 of the day we played music
the last day we had a concert and ensamble competition
played Prince of Egypt and Doremon...=)

Chalet

Back from Chalet...

dad took the SAF seaview resort...and the resort looks very nice compared to how it was last

time...

yes they renovated it...

last time the resort looked very dirty and sticky...my aunt had to mop the floor 2 times...

but this time was very neat and cool...evrything new...

so we stayed in the chalet for 4 days...

1st day, 2/12/08...

did nth much...4 of my cousins came over...so the whole day was spent playing monopoly

we played the game for abt five hours....and i WON!...=)

won in sense tt i got the most money and the most expensive land....

aft tt 2 cousins went back...the other 2 stayed overnight...

12 midnight dad, sis, one of my cousin and me went for a walk outside...

we walked till the market there den walked on this thing called the board walk...

out of sudden sis wanted to see the Old changi hospital...

so dad brought us there....

and OCH was very near the chalet we stayed like 5 to 10 mins walk...and all this while we din know it was there...lol

first we stand far far and see...aft tt we went nearer...

while walking toward the stairs our hair started to stand...

it looked very creepy...

it was 1 am so we din wanna cont...so went back to the chalet

2nd day, 3/12/08

BBQ day...we were jus preparing for it

and we went to changi beach for a while..

my cousins wanted to swim...

aft which i told my dad i wanted to a pic of OCH...

so he drove us there...

this is the funny part...

my dad drove the car very fast and jus stopped...

i quickly got down and started taking photos...

there was this grp of boys sitting inside the hospital compound....

morn wake up...watched movies...

in the aftnoon...

again dad, sis, bro, cousin bro and me...went to OCH again...

this time we went up but din go inside...

we went arnd the compond and toured it...

oni in one portion of the building we went in...

in order for us to get out we need to go in...

this time it din look creepy...was okay...

SENTOSA...

outing with the 33rd NCO mates...
well a lot of ppl din turn up...there were oni abt 20 ppl...
and first thing we did once reaching sentosa was to play AMAZING RACE!
it wasnt amazing thou...
isnt amazing race supposed to be ppl running arnd like mad dogs?!
since oni two grps having four ppl, there wasnt any need to run...
we jus took our time walking and taking the bus...
there were five stations i think...
first, from beach station we had to walk to fort siloso...there we solved a riddle and went to the 2nd station which was Songs of the sea...we took the blue lin bus from there...
amirah was there...too bad she cld not hide...
we played simon says ...den 3rd station we had to go underwater world which is where fort siloso is...=_=...so walked back there ...
we had to answer 5 Qns den proceed to our 4th station which is dolphin lagoon...-_-...its kinda far from where we were...so we took the blue line bus to artilery ave den took yellow line bus to dolphin lagoon...there we played human web...aft tt our last station...siloso beach...
again far from where we were...so took the red line bus there
this is the so called fun part...in this staion we had to do some water activity...so before we went to the station...we got changed...
aft tt we had hard time finding for the station ic...the overall in charge said she was wearing a blue shirt with jacket...and who will where jacket in a beach?!
there were many ppl wearing blue shirt and we have not seen the girl before...
so we had to hunt for tt girll...and aft some time we found her...
in tt station...we had to form letters using ourselfs inside the water...was pretty okay..aft tt
our last checkpoint...back to palawan beach...so we took our time and walk...
it was obvious tt we were the 1st...so walk walk...den reach palawan seven eleven...meet the others...the they gave us our prize...
one big packet of potato chips and hello panda...=))

den we waited for the other team to arrive...
they took some time coming back...cause at the last station...
they also had trouble finding for the blue girl...she left the place...so tt's why they cld not find her...lol

Graduation Night 2008 - part 2

I jus rebooted the comp...and i have a "brand new" comp- all the documents inside the comp is gone...poof!

okay now...i have to update abt Graduation Night

well...my dad brought my frens-mahen, haziq, fazila, gowri, sathia and of course me to Marriott by car...

taxi is very exp$$$...no way we are gonna take the MRT...and of course not the bus...

we are like stars...stars come in cars...lol

so the only transport we could take is the car...

picked all of dem 5.30++ and headed to Marriott...

reached there exactly 6.30pm...

once reached there...almost all, went arnd taking pics...

can see flashes here and there as though there's lightning inside the hotel

aft tt...cant rmb wat time...we went in, found a table and took our seats...

Our Grad night starts...

hmm...the food was okay...i thought we were having course meal for paying tt $75...

but it was buffet...so jus go eat la...

den there were many diff types of cake...but i oni took the chocolate cake...

it was also good...cant rmb how many i ate?

den there were many interesting activites...

evryone enjoyed...

aft the activites...the dance floor was opened...but sadly oni the normal tech students were dancing...

met up with some friends...went to Cca branch for the parade....
we met up at three...

its been very long since i post...

currently....Os is on...can see tt evryone are stressed...
only three papers have been completed...
Eng, both paper one and two...chem paper and maths paper one...
so far not so bad...good i can say...
next week...mon...deepavali...not in the mood....tues history paper...tt's another pain in the neck...
next day aft deepavali is hist paper...sickening isnt it....
den the same week having phy, maths paper 2 and poa paper one & two...
gonna go mad due to the prep for these papers....
the following week...social studies...DnT...mother tongue papers....
aft which...one whole week break and on the 11th of nov...last paper...science MCQ...
tt's abt it...it will be finished and all can enjoy all we want...=))

& my computer's mother board is now either dead or jammed...i dunno...but its spoilt for sure
the best part is...only i had backup my documents in the hardrive...
my dad's, sis's and bro's documents are all gone...poof...nt my fault anyways...
the shop aunty already warned us tt the mother board anytime will die...
i took safety precautions...=)...they din
using my sis's laptop now...
hope it gets fixed soon...

Prelim results

well well...both happy and sad with my results...
I'll jus go straight to my marks

English: 59/100 C5 ...still not bad...can improve

Maths: 46/100 D7...must reduce my careless mistakes

Science: 56/100 C5...quite happy with this...cause ive improved from F9 to C5..but still have to improve

Tamil: 66/100 B3...im still aiming for tt A1

Poa: 53/100 C6...din really study for this...ive got to get an A1 for Os

Dnt: 59/100 C5...though i missed a 20mark Qn, i still did quite okay...but gotta get an A1 for Os

Humanities( hist/SS): 48/100 D7...im still trying my very best to get a B3

overall ive passed 5 out of 7...still not bad
and i dunno when im gonna tell my marks...hehe

Thursday

1 in the noon had phy remedial...was as usual...nth gained...

the interesting thing which happened or rather weird i guess...i dunno how to say...the mdm leong...stepped on the mud while calling for the lab assistent and she was very unhappy abt it... but wad can we do???...however we asked her to wach her leg in the toilet but she refused....instead she washed her leg in the tap at the lab...crazy isnt she???...moreover she was wearind skirt....all of us... told her not to cause she was wearing a skirt...but she cont doing her thing....and here is the pic of her washing her leg

aft the remedial...went to jp to buy Famous amos cookies...it was delicious...well i wanted to eat tt b4 i start my fasting...yeah...

Friday

aft a mth i think...went to band practice...to help my section...and yea...helped them during sectional...played eiger a bit...den helped our new trombone player in the scales....

aft which..went down with jared to do mace work...and tt was also aft a mth...it was very muddy...and we had to wash the mace several times...but it was fun!...did some funny act with the mace....

den during lunch...i din go...the reason being...firstly im vegetarian...not much vegetarian food...secondly the malays were in the band room...so stayed with them...

during the lunch time...we did balloon sculptures...tt was also fun...aft which...we had a small blown balloon...we pinned the balloon on the wall and jared, zabir and i tried to poke it with the darts...and the one who cant poke it will strip!....but b4 tt could happen mrs chee arrived...

den things happened in between...*skip*

the best thing was...a new bass trombone arrived...=)...it was inside a cardboard box...den jared said smth was delivered...we were very eager to know wad was inside it...we made some guesses...den jared said it was a bariton sax...in the end we opened it using a key...but it was not a bariton sax...it was a bass trombone instead...a gold trombone...and mrs chee asked me to test it...and the sound was very nice indeed!...

As you can see ^...not much time is left...Os is nearing and its fast...
well... as for the september holidays...so far the oni thing i did was to sleep, eat and study...i dun wanna waste anymore time aft wasting four days last week...not studying at all...
right now..im tired...having flu...my body is weak...butttt i still practiced maths...happy...=))...at least smth, better then nth....must i continue with maths or jus slack??? i dunno...shall see abt tt

As for tmr, i have humanities remedial in the morning...and im looking forward to it cause if im not wrong...we will be getting back our prelim SS paper...ive got a lot of hope for tt paper....let see tmr....

O levels
its nearing...and i bearly have enough time to study...the hmwks are killing, not only me, i guess its all of us...by the time we reach home...its arnd 6pm...and we are all exhausted...den rest for awhile...den its hmwk time...and its only hmwk...tons of hmwk....

prelims are next week and i have not started studying...i think its time to burn the midnight oil...=(...CANT THEY STOP GIVING US HMWK!...

well my biggest regret is tt...wen i was in sec three i had plenty of time to study but i din...now we have to find time to study...

MT O level results

Im excited...well the 4E5N are going to take the results in abt 9 1/2 hrs time... and im aiming for an A1...and hope i will get it...=))

English O level Oral

And again the 4E5N are going to take our oral in abt 15 1/2 hours...im scared for this...=S..pray hard i will not screw up anything...

Wasp Hive

First thing in the morning i did was to hunt for the wasp hive...there was this wasp in my room for abt 2 weeks building its hive...ive been trying to find for it and demolish the hse but i cld oni find it today...=))...i know its cruel to destroy someone's hse but its dangerous ok...i found the hive in a small black beg on top of my cupboard...and the wasp is gone...Ive broken the bee curse on me...haha...i thought i was being cursed by bees...cause ive been seeing bees all arnd me for the past 2 weeks...lol

National day celebrations

well im glad to say tt my class...4E6, won the first price for being the most patriotic class...=))...claps claps...our effort into it paid off...good job guys...
last friday, we had national day celebrations and all the sec four express classes enjoyed it...since its the last year of celebration for us...evrything was good until the charity bazaar started...firstly there was not much variety of food...secondly the food was not enough...thirdly nt only me but most of them could not spend their four dollars...wad i bought with the money was one cup of longan, agar agar, one small piece of cake and 100 plus...worth it??? i dun think so...wad to do...aft which din waste time...walked to PM giant with gowri and bought cup noodles...den went back home and ate it...den slack all the way...no mood to study...at night went to aunt hse to help with the prayers preparation...

Saturday

went to tekka early in the morning with dad to collect the flowers and buy some things...den went to give the flowers to my aunt...helped out a bit...den back home...took a short nap...woke up...got ready...and went for prayers...
this is the first time i enjoyed the prayers a lot...was very nice...=)

Sunday

i was jus sleeping all the way...no mood to study...den at seven watch Dhool...till eight thirty...aft which met up wit alyfie and beng khoon to study...and yea, we DID study...but last few mins started to talk...den at 11.30pm bought mac chicken meal...ate it...and back home at twelve...

Went to Jp and bought spray paint to do the class banner...met up with few of them at 3.30pm and did the banner...it was kinda fun and stress cause it was a bit messy to me...but overall i think its ok...

argh!!!...i wan to slap myself....jus got back the poa test results today...i did a very stupid mistake...well...my net profit amt and depreciation amt was correct...i still rmb...the last one min...i changed my net profit amt and depre amt...thought it was wrong...but it was CORRECT...if i have jus left it...i wld have gotten higher...well my marks was not so bad...but im aiming high for my poa...haiz...this thing made me very sad...

there was art fiesta in west mall and the percussionist were really good...=))...good job...

As for today

Half and hour of SEL was good...had fun disturbing Mr toh and made some lame jokes...lol
blah blah...usual lessons..nth interesting...den aft sch had eng remedial from 2.10pm to 3.10pm...aft which...had some discussions with BMM...abt investiture...and there is smth which has to be changed and we are not happy abt it...it will be solved by this wed...den at 4.10pm had POA remedial...it was a bore...i seemed it was going to rain and the atmosphere made me want to sleep...but my will power helped me to be awake... remedial was abt to end and there was this msg tone which went off...den all turned arnd and keng an was giving the face tt...it was his phone...ms chua kept asking him...but it was not him....it was shamila...lol...she looked so relax...den she said she will check her phone...indeed it was her phone which went off...den miss chua asked keng an y he gave the face as though it was him...all laughed...lol

aft which...back home...sat on the comp for a while...den slept for 45mins...made me a little refreshing...took my shower...and studied from 7.30 to 8.30...took my dinner aft tt and went back studying from 8.49pm to 10.00pm...revised three chpt of chem...took a break...and now blogging....tt's abt it...

Shall start with thursday

well starting of the day was very bad...first was PE...my grp had to teach the PE lesson...to skip rope...however we did not plan anything...did a five mins discussions and somehow taught 4/6 smth...

here come's the worse part....PHYSICS!!!....we were screamed at by mdm leong for coming down to the lab late...first of all we din know we had to go to the lab...den we kept arguing with the her...and she made us stand outside the lab and din let us come in...until the last ten mins...
she din let us talk...din let us sit down...scolded us if we say smth...damn frustrated...well we din care abt her...we sat down and thought of how to write a letter to the HOD of science abt her...ended up she cried...dunno la...i dun care...

den lesson carries on...*skip*

back home...another prob...well my bro took my thumbdrive from me and left the room...while he exited the room...he switched off the light...i was still in the room...i dun like ppl doing tt...den i said i will slap him, out of anger...den he got angry and kicked me...i got even more angry and hit him on his back...and it was very hard...serious...even my hand was in pain...den some argument...den wen i saw his back...my hand print was on his back...red!!!...jus said sry and did my own work...tt's abt it

normal lessons today...well english was interesting...there was this paper plane made out of the jubilee card...once the teacher saw it...she asked us to discuss, as a conversation topic abt how does , making a paper plane out of the jubilee card, reflect abt boonlayians...discuss...discuss...and ya, wen dinesh was asked to tell his point of view...he said boonlayians are creative...lol...whatever he talked made us laugh...so was jus talking abt tt and abt a newspaper article...tt's abt it...

once sch finished...went back home with sop...and met up with her again at 2.50pm for Dnt remedial...mr leow said he wont be coming...first half an hour was good...but once he came...our mood changed....dunno y...with him arnd...we cant work...?...once remedial finished...sat in the canteen with sathia, francis and dinesh...chit chat for a while....aft which walked back home with dinesh...talk some story...

Unlucky and lucky

Thursday

unlucky thing which happened was, during the chem practical, the liquid inside the test tube splashed out while i was trying to test if any gas was present...it spilled on my hand and it was HOT...

lucky thing is tt my MT O level oral went well...=))

Friday

unlucky thing which happened, during english lesson, we were supposed to pick up the litters in the class room...aft i pick up i turned arnd and my leg got stuck to the chair...i tripped and wanted to support myself by placing my hand on the wall....but eventually my hand landed on the window glass and the glass jus slipped off and dropped out...best part is tt the glass did not break...only the sides chipped off...lol...jus one touch and the glass dropped...cool eh?!

lucky thing which happened is, mrs chee gave us tix to watch the SYF opening. but i had humanities remedial...asked mrs chan if i can be excused...and yea she let me off...she said its the first and last...hehe...was very happy..and the syf opening was Good

nth much...woke up and msged jared tt not coming for alumni prac...den he said tt there was no trombone player...so i said im coming...took my shower, packed my bag cause i was supposed to go gym with the DMs aft tt...but was changed to next week...played few songs during alumni...and was back home...took my lunch and off to bed...woke up at 6.00pm...took my shower and now blogging...going for roller blading l8r...

Dasavadaram

friday aft remedial and band prac...went to watch tamil movie in causeway point...the movie was good...but too much of graphics...yea...and all the tixs were sold out!...tt was kinda shocking...and the movie was 3hrs...but the time flied very fast...aft the movie back home...very tired...but had to print the investiture booklet...printed 110 pages with my printer...so many...and was tiring...
quickly printed and ironed my band T...at 1.30am went to bed...

Camp

6.15am woke ip...took my shower...changed...packed my bag...den supermama called...said wei yang din know the attire was band T and bermudas...so sop, amirah and me brought along our PE t...thought of changing in sch...

6.45am met up with amirah...and sophia was late..haha...we were disturbing her the whole day abt her being late...she cannot tahan...well sop came 6.55...den walked to sch saw utha and serene at the gate...talked abit and walked up to band room...one by one came

okay..shall skip...

once the band members came...utha briefed them...den all went for mraching...well it was a very short and not strict marching...

aft marching...had investiture planning....i din really do much...jus gave them their booklet...den amirah and the new excos took over...while they were planning....utha and i...were finding for the switch to on the canteen light....damn it took us arnd 15 mins to find the switch...we went to the LAN riser and there was this switch nameed ex-canteen...thought it was the one...wen on nth happened...walked form GO to canteen...all arnd...still cannot find...saw the worked...asked her where's the switch...followed her to see to see the switch...bloody hell the switch was in the LAN riser room but it was very small...wth...shocked to see the small switch...

aft which..all were breaked up into their grps and proceeded to the next activity...MATRIX GAMES...five games....message on the back, deception, mine field, double wacko and turn over a new leaf...

aft tt...had cheer competition...was fun too....den the lunch came...it was mac donalds...=)

aft lunch was the amazing race...yea this is the best part...i was attached to zabir's grp...had so much fun...i think i enjoyed the most then the members...=))

five games also...bean counting, cant rmb this name....must get the bucket to the other side, den bottles of seven, shape it and pop the balloon....all were to find puzzle pieces to form the band logo...

overall i think was good...=))...hope there will changes aft this in band...
